I appreciate your help i have freesat hd built into my panasonic tv and have no box.
This is not guaranteed 100 for those living in france but for the most part seems to be correct.
For example sky and freesat both use the astra 2 satellites at 28 2 degrees east off due south because it is beaming the signals down to earth from an angle adjustment must be made at the satellite dish to make allowances for this and so the lnb itself can differentiate between horizontally and vertically polarised signals.

I have just bought a panasonic tv with built in freesat hd and viera whatever that does when trying to access freesat i kept getting the message that astra 2 satellite could not be found when i enquired why not i was told it was because it was going through my sky receiver that sky block it and i would need a new separate dish receiver to access it.
I freesat has stopped working i ve made no adjustments or altered anything.
Also fix the diseqc switch near to the two dishes.
